1. Eclipse
Owned by Roman Abramovich, Russian billionaire and Chelsea football club owner, this must be the most expensive oceangoing luxury that has gone over $1 billion that features a missile detection system, bullet-proof windows, 2 helicopter pads and three launches just to describe how well-protected and secured it is. To add more to its high-priced features, this yacht has a 5,000 square foot master bedroom, 11 guest cabins, 2 swimming pools, hot tubs , sports complex and dance floor.
2. Dubai
This second largest yacht in the world is owned by the ruler of the Emirate of Dubai and the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This yacht was first commissioned to Prince Jefri Bolkiah of Brunei but, because of lack of funds, the former took over it and named it Golden Star. This 531-foot lavishly adorned yacht boasts of impressive interiors that include 3 elevators, a variety of pools, hot tubs, sunbathing areas, open-glass staircase, formal dining area and VIP suites. It has air conditioning system that is utilized to combat the very hot climate in Dubai. To add more to the expensive details of this yacht is a mega yacht helicopter pad.
3. Lady Moura
Owned by Saudi Arabian multi-millionaire, Nasser al-Rashid, is 344 feet long which houses a 75-foot dining table to start with its amazing interior. It even has a pool with a retractable roof and a beach resort that slides out on one side of the boat, which has sand, deck chairs and palm trees to give a very authentic beach resort experience.
4. The Rising Sun
This 453-foot pricey yacht is co-owned by Larry Ellison and David Geffen. This luxurious was built for the purpose of beating out Paul Allen's Octopus in terms of size and interiors. Indeed, this fabulous sea vessel has a colossal swimming pool, cinema, wine cellar, 16 suites, basketball court and a helicopter pad to name a few of its amenities. Its exteriors were designed by the late Jon Bannenberg and its interiors by Laura Seccombe.

This world's eighth largest yacht is owned by Microsoft co-founder and America's 3rd richest man and the world's 7th, Paul Allen, which stretches for 414 feet. Launched in 2003, this yacht boasts of 2 helicopters, 7 boats and a submarine with room that can accommodate 10 men. It requires an annual budget of $20 million in order to keep the yacht in good working condition and to cover the crew salaries.
